At Buzzard’s Trading Post, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D prints and ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, offering a hassle-free replacement policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for a Replacement

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. To qualify, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, please provide photo proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged product.
  • Unsatisfied with the Product: If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will replace it at no cost.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please email us at matt@buzzardstradingpost.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photo proof (if the item is damaged)

Once we receive your request, we will process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Policy

Since our products are custom 3D prints, we do not require customers to send back damaged or unsatisfactory items. If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory item, we will simply send a replacement—no return needed.

Processing Time

  • Replacement orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your replacement has been shipped.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
