Eligibility for a Replacement
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. To qualify, your request must meet the following conditions:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, please provide photo proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged product.
- Unsatisfied with the Product: If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will replace it at no cost.
How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request, please email us at matt@buzzardstradingpost.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo proof (if the item is damaged)
Once we receive your request, we will process your replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Policy
Since our products are custom 3D prints, we do not require customers to send back damaged or unsatisfactory items. If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory item, we will simply send a replacement—no return needed.
Processing Time
- Replacement orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after approval.
- You will receive a tracking number once your replacement has been shipped.
